Having worked with many realtors over the years, we were impressed with her work ethic, commitment to her clients, and tenacity when it comes to negotiating on your behalf. Trying to buy a home in the current market had the potential to be extremely stressful but Ashton was on top of everything and always ahead of the curve when it came to finding potential homes asap and quickly putting together competitive bids in a market where homes were receiving dozens of offers. She handled any issues that arose without alarming us or causing panic and already had a solution to every bump in the road.
